TOTAL BODY TRAINING
My program will give you all the workouts you need to build a full strength training routine. These workouts are designed to increase your power, effectively burn energy, and elevate your athletic performance with moves that you can adapt to your level. we will be doing strength circuits, power training, and core, as well as separate classes for mobility and movement breakdowns to make sure you get the most from your workouts. At the end of the week, you’ll feel strong, empowered, and proud that you took on the challenge and inshallah with an even perkier butt.
