RUNNING FOR DUMMIES - DAY 1
This program will mostly be composed of full body workouts targeting all the muscles that are used while running. It will help improve running form and help build strength to power through your first run or any run in general. It will also be composed of runners’ - specific stretches and yoga- inspired exercises to help prevent injuries and tightness in general. We will regress or progress according to each member’s fitness level so everyone is very welcome provided they come with an open heart and a will to learn or simply improve or maintain their current fitness level. P.S. Expect loads of burpees to fire up the heart.
