This training program is for females – intermediate levels. You can perform this workout routine at home or in the gym. You will only need basic training equipment to perform the exercises in this program.

Program length: 1 WEEK, Repeat 4 Times

Schedule: Workout 6 days per week - 60 Minutes a class 

  • 4 resistance training days (2 Upper body days and 2 Lower body days)
  • 2 cardio days
  • 1 day off

  • Gender: Female Only

    Difficulty: Intermediate & Advanced

    Equipment needed: Dumbbells and a Flat Bench (or any flat surface you can lay on).
