This training program is suitable for females – beginner level. You can perform this workout routine at home or in the gym.

    Program length: 1 WEEK, Repeat 4 Times

    Schedule: Workout 6 days per week - 60 Minutes a class 

    • 3 cardio and ab training days
    • 3 resistance training days (full body workout)
    • 1 day off
  • Gender: Female Only

    Difficulty: Beginner

    Equipment needed:  You will only need basic training equipment to perform the exercises in this program which include: Dumbbells, Swiss Ball and a Flat Bench (or any flat surface you can lay on).
