200 CALORIE PROGRAM (EQUIPMENT)
This program is a beginner level program that requires basic workout equipment. It is mainly for females and is designed to approximately burn 200 calories per workout. The program includes 3 training days a week and consists of upper, lower and core workouts.
Program length: 4 weeks
Schedule: Workout 3 days a week - 40 Minutes a class
