Get motivated with the HOT August challenge! A 21 day long program with a daily 20 minute live class (Friday’s off). Training alternates between Coach Shadwa and Coach Lulu. This challenge is sponsored by lululemon. Anyone that completes ALL workouts in this program may redeem one item of their choice from the lululemon branch in The Avenues.
This program is the perfect combination of strength and mobility with Coach Lulu & Powerful yoga flow which will include core, strength, and mobility with Coach Shadwa. Optimal results are achieved when combining weights and mobility and that will ensure a strong and lean body and staying injury free.

Schedule: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday @3pm with Lulu /// Monday & Wednesday @9am, Saturday @3pm with Shadwa
